Free Promotional Materials

Our support for you begins before you have even booked your trip. We provide free promotional materials on request to provide to students, parents/carers, and SLT. Create a buzz around your trip from the word go, while reassuring SLT and parents/carers that their trip is in safe hands with the experience and commitment of Blue Stamp Travel.

Dedicated Point of Contact

When your booking is confirmed, your trip is assigned to two members of our Operations Team who will look after every element of your trip up to the moment you depart. They will arrange a meeting with you straight away soyou can get to meet the people who will be handling all the pre-trip admin, and they will remain in regular contact with you throughout the trip planning process.

Babel Trip Management Platform

Babel, our award-winning trip management platform, takes the stress out of trip management. We take care of trip admin, from collecting passports to checking you in for your flights. Trip Leaders and staff can see which travellers need to complete important pre-trip tasks, so you know who is up-to-date and who needs a gentle nudge.

Detailed Travel Itineraries

We create a bespoke Travel Itinerary as soon as we book your flights, rail tickets or ferry crossing. These handy A5 booklets tell you everything you need to know about your travel arrangements for your trip, from departure times to baggage allowances and visa advice.

Location Guides and Travel Advice

Your comprehensive pre-trip information pack includes a location guide with helpful tips and suggestions of things to do and places to visit. Our travel advice on topics such as staying safe in hot weather, packing, and using mobile phones abroad, helps ensure your group are well informed before they leave. All these documents are shared through travellers’ accounts on Babel, saving you time at the photocopier.

Pre-Trip Mailing

As your departure date approaches, you’ll receive a mailing with paper copies of itineraries and other important documents, a flag (great for group shots) and other goodies.

Trip Companion Report

The Trip Companion Report is a vital tool for all Trip Leaders and staff as a compendium of essential information about all involved in the trip. We send you a paper copy to pack, and provide digital versions to share with staff while abroad.

Online Trip Briefing

A chance for all involved in the trip to get to know us and have their questions answered. The briefing lasts around one hour and covers helpful practical advice.

Coach Driver Pack

If your trip includes UK coach travel, we send your driver a detailed information pack about your group, so they know exactly where to meet you and what your requirements are.
