Whether you’re at the earliest stages of exploring ideas or ready to market a trip to travellers, this short article explains how to request a quote from Blue Stamp Travel for your group trip. Our comprehensive trip planning, design and quoting gives you all the information you need to market your trip, obtain the necessary approvals, and recruit travellers for the adventure of a lifetime.
To request a quote, all you need to do is submit an enquiry through Babel. Click on Request a Quote to start your booking journey.
Every aspect of your trip is handled through Babel, our bespoke trip management platform. The sections below explain what information we need from you when you submit your enquiry. If you’ve got any questions or concerns, get in touch – we’re always happy to help.

Start by telling us about yourself – we’re delighted to meet you! This step creates an account for you on Babel, our award-winning trip management platform. Your account on Babel gives you easy access to all your enquiries, quotes and invoices. When your trip is confirmed, Babel becomes the hub for all your important trip planning, from managing passenger information to sharing itineraries and travel advice.

We understand that teachers and group leaders come to us at different stages of the trip planning process. If you know the specific dates and destination for your trip, tell us here. If you’re looking at a range of dates or possible destinations, put the beginning of the range in “Travel from” and the end in “Travel to”. You can leave Destination City blank if you are looking at more than one option. “Preferred airport” helps us identify suitable airports for your flight. If you want to explore possible routes from your preferred airport, skyscanner.com is a good place to start.

With Blue Stamp Travel you can be sure that every itinerary is tailored to your group. Select as many options from the list below as apply to your group.
We’re always happy to quote for a range of group sizes and traveller : staff ratios. If you’re not yet sure of the number of travellers, tell us some expected sizes (such as 20+3 to 40+4). We’ll quote for various ratios within that range.
Traveller details is the place to tell us all about traveller ages, their learning contexts (GCSE, A-level etc), and special requirements. Tell us a bit about your school, too – it helps us tailor the package and quote to your specific needs.

Tell us the types of accommodation you’d like for your paying travellers and staff. Some groups choose homestay accommodation for students and hotels for staff, for example, while others want everyone under one roof. Use the accommodation preferences fields to tell us if you’d like single, twin, or multi-bed rooms for your paying travellers or staff. If you have any special requests for your accommodation, such as a meeting room or outdoor space, let us know. You can also tell us if you will require breakfast only, half-board or full-board meals.
Top tip: staff staying in twin rooms is a great way to keep costs down for your trip. Hostels are generally cheaper per night than hotels, too.

If you would like to include activities or excursions, tell us all about them here. You can also indicate types of activities for your group if you’d like us to suggest programme elements for you. We have years of experience running trips for groups of all sizes and ages, so we’re always happy to propose ideas for activities.
Top tip: plan a mixture of paid-for and free activities in your itinerary to help make the most of your trip budget. (Ask about our Blue Stamp Travel Uno cards for free, fun evening activity!)

Your enquiry will be linked to this organisation. You can also tell us the name of another contact individual (though the enquiry will remain linked to your name unless you ask us to change it). If you’d like a phone call or Teams meeting to talk about your trip, let us know when is the best time to reach you.
We will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your enquiry and find out more about your plans. We’ll take the time to understand you, your school, your students and your requirements so that the trip we design and quote for delivers the best possible experience and value for money.
